What to Expect

The initial session will be an intake session where I gather your history and story. From this, we will create a treatment plan together that is built from your goals and needs. Your therapy is dynamic and centered on you as the expert of your story. I am your advocate and will seek to form a compassionate therapeutic alliance to help you grow.
