Demographics
I provide in person and telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, or families. I work with all people ages 6 to 90+.

Education
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands. I am a member of several counseling advocacy associations: ACA, ALCA, and AMHCA.

Therapeutic Orientation
My approach to therapy is grounded in attachment science and continues to be informed by neuroscience. I work with those impacted by attachment related trauma, grief, medical trauma, chronic disease, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, etc.

Insurance
My practice is private pay. My session fee is $80. Sliding scale is available upon request. Affordability is important to me!

Cultural Competence
This practice is committed to providing care that is grounded in multi-cultural competence. As a therapist and person, I strive to continue cultivating a posture of learning and humility. I seek to learn from each of my clients in order to best attune to their needs.

What to Expect
The initial session will be an intake session where I gather your history and story. From this, we will create a treatment plan together that is built from your goals and needs. Your therapy is dynamic and centered on you as the expert of your story. I am your advocate and will seek to form a compassionate therapeutic alliance to help you grow.
